Please check your local import laws before ordering and instruct Avalon Magic Plants if needed. If the package is destroyed by customs it will be at own risk for the customer. Avalon Magic Plants will not refund or re-send the package. We can not take responsibility for plants, seeds and other products lost or confiscated by customs. All products offered are for herbarium specimen, collection, legitimate research, plant propagation, and/or ornamental purposes only.

Avalon Magic Plants do not encourage anyone to break the law in their country. Avalon Magic Plants cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase our products. We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of our products often differ from country to country.
